Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board (SLWDB) is a community-directed, not-for-profit Canadian corporation leading Sarnia Lambton in its approach to workforce development and labour market planning.

It functions as a neutral broker of research, disseminator of information, and facilitator of collaborative partnership development. Its mission is to identify needs and facilitate solutions to attract, train and retain a sustainable workforce through community partnerships.
