Evaluating TPM Career Readiness Academy

CREC is collaborating with the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation on the ongoing development of evaluation metrics for the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy. CREC will review metrics recommended in the TPM curricula, those identified by states participating in the Career Readiness Academy and will provide new metrics as appropriate. By engaging participants alongside their educational and industry partners, CREC aims to identify the most impactful outcomes of the TPM Academy. It also seeks to establish best practices for tracking performance data to ensure the long-term sustainability of these measurement efforts beyond the grant period. CREC will compile a final report to deepen understanding of the complexities of ROI measurement and the evaluation of employer outcomes, as well as to assess the quality of programs and credentials for workforce developers engaged in sector strategies and beyond.
