C2ER and the LMI Institute collaborated with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry to organize the Jobs1stPA Summit, bringing together Commonwealth leaders and citizens to: highlight progress in aligning workers’ skills with job demands, identify existing obstacles to adapting education and training systems to the marketplace, and find creative solutions that build momentum and prepare workers to compete globally. C2ER’s role in the Summit included: program and agenda development, speaker recruitment, marketing and public relations, registration management, logistics planning, on-site coordination, and follow-up evaluation.
