Through the LMI Institute, CREC staff developed a customized labor market information (LMI) training course for workforce investment boards in Saint Croix and Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The training was designed to familiarize workforce board staff with LMI and basic analytical methods, with an emphasis on how the data can be used to help jobseekers make more informed decisions.
