Nebraska Economic Development Program Options

Nebraska Legislature Economic Development Task Force
Start Date: Sep 2018 — End Date: Apr 2019

With financial support from Pew Charitable Trusts and Open Sky Policy Institute, CREC sought to help the Economic Development Task Force more fully understand Nebraska’s options in potentially replacing the Advantage Act and strengthening the state’s other economic development programs.  Building on authority created under LR388 and LR399, the Task Force asked CREC to assess programs in other states, seek input from stakeholders, and provide suggestions for incentive programs best practices.
