Jennifer Gual joined CREC to provide support in addressing and responding to member inquiries for CREC’s affiliated network organizations, with an included focus on member engagement. She also assists with member communication and the implementation of events and trainings.

Ms. Gual assists CREC in accomplishing its mission by helping the members of these networks dialogue with one another and ensure that they understand the benefits that their respective network offers. She made a career change to join CREC after working for over 10 years in customer service for the banking field and then transitioning to the food industry. She attended culinary school, then served as a specialty pastry chef for high-end clientele and managed daily business operations. She completed her Associate Degree in Business Administration at the College of Southern Maryland and is now working towards a bachelor’s degree in the same field.
