The Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness (CREC) is an independent, not-for-profit organization founded to provide policy-makers from around the world with the information and technical assistance they need to formulate and execute innovative, regional, job-creating economic strategies.

Justine Jackson joined the Center for Regional Competitiveness (CREC) at the beginning of April 2022 serving as the team’s Office Administrator. Her duties include providing administrative support to CEO, COO, and the association management as well as clerical support to the remaining of the team. Additionally, she is responsible for the customer service and database management for the Cost of Living Index.

Mrs. Jackson earned her B.S. in Public Administration from the University of Guam and brings 5 years of administrative experience to the CREC team.
