Spencer Abrams is the Senior Manager Events and Operations for the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness (CREC). Since 2010, Mr. Abrams has played a vital role in the organization’s operations, including financial management support, event coordination, communication management, and administrative support. He also supervises a team of employees who oversee the administrative functions of CREC.

He is responsible for the logistical coordination and execution of multiple events across all the associations managed by CREC including annual conferences, webinars, meetings, and trainings, including those for all the associations that CREC manages.

Mr. Abrams also manages the team responsible for the invoicing of subscribers and members, and maintenance of multiple membership databases.

Before joining CREC, Mr. Abrams gained 17 years of experience in business and operational management, with a focus on business operations, budgeting, personnel management, and training. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Towson State University.
