The District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES) contracted with the LMI Institute to develop a customized labor market information (LMI) training course for front line-staff in its American Job Centers. The training was designed to enhance front-line staffs’ understanding of LMI; show participants where and how to access LMI; and demonstrate how LMI can help jobseekers make more informed decisions.
