Project Profile

Meeting the Needs of LMI Customers

North Carolina Department of Commerce
Start Date: Jan 1970 — End Date: Jan 1970

This workshop prompted staff to consider not only their wide array of customers, but also how their products help those customers answer their vital questions. Through a series of small group activities, staff identified primary customer groups and what they can do to assist these core customers. They were also asked to provide input about what they think that their team—and their colleagues—do well to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
