Project Profile
PEW CHIPS
CREC developed a network of top state economic development executives and engaged them in a collaborative group. CREC organized a series of conference calls, interviews, and meetings with the executives. To support that work, CREC also conducted research on key issues of concern to the network, including providing insights about how to measure their success and encourage effective investment of state dollars in economic development programs. Furthermore, CREC organized and hosted an annual state economic development executive roundtable where they discussed key issues of mutual interest to the group. This effort built on work undertaken to support state economic development executives since 2015.
