On November 14 and 15, 2012, Projections Managing Partnership (PMP) board retreat meeting was held at CREC office in Arlington, VA.

On November 1st, 2012, Ken Poole attended the expert panel to support federal measures of workforce education and credentialing for for the National Center on Education Statistics in Washington, D.C.

Ken Poole led a discussion on Forces Re-Shaping Our Economy: Where Are They Taking Us at the State Science and Technology Institute (SSTI) annual conference in Atlanta.

Martin Romitti spoke about the potential economic effects from federal sequestration at the Regional Economic Models, Inc. conference held in Washington DC on October 17, 2012.
